Why it matters

The platform choice matters more than the posting frequency

A B2B service business (consultancies, agencies, professional services) and a B2C local business (clinics, restaurants, retail) need genuinely different platform strategies, not just different content on the same channels. LinkedIn tends to carry more weight for B2B trust-building and founder-led authority; Instagram and Google's own channels (posts, reviews) usually do more work for a B2C local business where visual proof and immediate local relevance matter more than long-form expertise. Running both business types through an identical "post daily on every platform" template is the most common way social budgets get wasted: most of that output reaches nobody who was ever going to buy.

We're also direct about what organic social realistically delivers: reach and engagement numbers look good in a report, but they rarely convert directly into enquiries at meaningful volume without either an existing audience or paid distribution behind key posts. Where a client needs faster results, we say so and discuss whether a modest paid boost budget makes more sense than pure organic, rather than promising organic-only growth that the data doesn't support.

Questions

Useful answers before you enquire

Which platforms should we use?

That depends on the audience and sales journey. Zunelo prioritises the smallest useful channel mix instead of publishing everywhere by default.

Do you create a content calendar?

Yes. The calendar connects themes, formats, offers and publishing rhythm.

How is success measured?

Reach and engagement are useful diagnostics, but website actions, conversations and qualified enquiries matter more commercially.

Which platforms do you recommend for a B2B service business?

Usually LinkedIn first, for founder-led authority and trust-building content, with other channels added only if there's a clear audience reason, not by default.

Do you also run paid social ads?

We can, where organic alone won't deliver results fast enough. We'll say plainly if a modest paid boost budget makes more sense than pure organic before recommending it.
