Straightforward terms, no fine print tricks
Do I need to be a Zunelo client to refer someone?
No. Anyone can refer a business to us. If you're already a Zunelo client, your free month applies to your own retainer. If you're not a client, get in touch and we'll work out the right way to pass on the thank you.
Does this apply to every plan?
The free month is earned when the business you refer joins our Local Starter plan specifically. It's our entry-level SEO and Google Business Profile plan, and the one most new referrals start with.
When exactly do I get the free month?
Once the referred business has been an active, paying Local Starter client for one full month, we apply your free month. This just makes sure the referral is a genuine, ongoing client before either of us benefits.
Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?
No cap. Refer as many businesses as you'd like, and each confirmed Local Starter signup earns you another free month.
What if the business I refer picks a different plan?
The free month is specifically tied to Local Starter, since it's the plan almost every new referral starts with. If they choose a different plan instead, get in touch and we'll sort out something fair, just not a guaranteed free month.
How will I know my referral came through?
We'll follow up with you personally once the business you referred signs on, there's no automated tracking or dashboard involved. If it's been a while and you haven't heard from us, just ask.
