ExploreThe methodology
Six areas, worked in this order, every cycle. No area is skipped to make room for another: scope is fixed at the start of the plan, not renegotiated mid-month.
Before any keyword work starts, we confirm the site can be crawled and indexed the way it should be: robots directives, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, redirect chains, duplicate-content traps and Core Web Vitals. A page cannot rank for a keyword Google has not indexed, and a slow page loses winnable rankings to faster competitors regardless of content quality, so this is where every engagement starts, not an afterthought bolted on later.
Every important page on the site is assigned exactly one primary keyword and one primary search intent. This sounds basic, but the most common reason established websites plateau is two or three pages quietly competing for the same query (keyword cannibalisation), which splits ranking signals instead of concentrating them. We map the full keyword set against existing URLs first, resolve overlaps, and only then decide which gaps genuinely need a new page.
Titles, headings, body copy, internal anchor text and structured data are rewritten to match the mapped intent, not stuffed with keyword repetitions. The test we apply to every page: would a real visitor searching that exact phrase find their answer in the first two screens, and does the page make the next action (call, form, WhatsApp) obvious once they have it.
New content is only commissioned when it strengthens a specific service silo: a hub page and its supporting pages, cross-linked so relevance and authority flow between them. We do not publish disconnected blog posts chasing traffic keywords with no path back to a page that converts; every brief starts from "which money page does this support" before a single word is written.
Hub-to-child, child-to-hub and contextual in-content links are audited and rebuilt where missing. This is the least glamorous part of SEO and the most commonly skipped by agencies working page-by-page instead of silo-by-silo. Internal links are how both users and crawlers understand which pages matter most on your site, and orphaned pages with no internal links rarely rank regardless of their own quality.
Every month you get a report built from Google Search Console impressions, clicks and average position, GA4 organic sessions, and enquiry actions (calls, form submissions, WhatsApp clicks) where tracking is in place. We do not report a proprietary "visibility score" or similar invented metric: every number in the report is one you could pull yourself from the same dashboards, because the report's job is to be checkable, not impressive.

Pricing without the mystery
Every SEO plan locks a fixed keyword list into scope. You always know what your fee covers, and adding keywords is an upgrade, not a surprise invoice.
| Plan | Keywords locked | Best for | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local Starter | 5 | Getting the local foundation right: GBP + local SEO + reporting | ₹15,000 |
| Local Growth | 10 | Adding content, on-page work and a reviews engine | ₹25,000 |
| Local Dominance | 15 | CRO, landing pages and priority support on top of Growth | ₹40,000 |
| SaaS / National SEO | 10 | Technical + programmatic + AI-search optimisation, blog and CRO | ₹35,000 |
Additional keywords: ₹2,500/keyword/month in blocks of five. Tool charges of ₹2,500/month apply on Starter and are bundled into Growth and above. Website builds are one-time projects quoted separately (launch offer from ₹5,000); Google Ads management is quoted after the account audit.

Questions
Local and lower-competition opportunities may move sooner, while broader organic growth normally requires sustained work over several months. Anyone quoting a fixed number of weeks for a competitive national keyword is guessing.
The plan names the keywords and pages covered, so the scope is visible rather than described as a vague list of monthly activities. Local Starter locks 5 keywords, Local Growth 10, Local Dominance 15, and SaaS/National SEO 10, with additional keywords added in blocks of five.
No. Zunelo commits to a clear scope, responsible execution and transparent reporting, not guaranteed positions. No agency controls Google's algorithm, and one that promises a specific ranking is making a promise it cannot keep.
Paid advertising, social media production and full-scale content marketing are separate services with their own scope. The SEO retainer covers technical work, on-page optimisation, keyword-scoped content and internal linking for the agreed pages. Anything beyond that scope is quoted separately before it starts, not added to an invoice afterwards.
A senior strategist reviews every account and its monthly plan before execution begins, and the same person is accountable for the report you receive. Work is not handed off anonymously through a large account-management layer.
Content here is commissioned inside a keyword-mapped silo, meaning every page has one job and links to the pages around it. A generic blogging service optimises for publishing volume; this approach optimises for which pages actually need to exist and how they support each other.
Yes. Additional keywords are added in blocks of five at ₹2,500 per keyword per month, so scope changes are a visible upgrade decision rather than a silent expansion of what the retainer already covers.
Google Search Console and GA4 for organic performance, plus enquiry tracking on calls, forms and WhatsApp where available. These are the same tools you already have access to. Nothing in the monthly report depends on a dashboard only Zunelo can see.
