These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zunelo.in and any services you purchase from Zunelo Digital (“Zunelo”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Zunelo provides SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads management, website development, social media marketing, AI SEO/GEO optimisation, and digital marketing training, as described on our service pages and agreed in your proposal.

2. Proposals and scope

Every engagement runs on a written proposal quoting from our published pricing ladder. Scope is defined by the keyword list, deliverables, and package agreed at the start of the engagement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

3. Fees and payment

Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website development and one-off projects are billed as set out in your proposal (typically a deposit to start, balance on delivery).
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which are added at the prevailing rate.
Late payment may pause active work until the account is settled.

4. No lock-in, cancellation

Retainers run month to month. You may cancel at any time, effective from the end of the current billing month; we do not offer refunds for the current month once work has begun. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or lead volumes — no ethical agency can. We commit to a clear process, honest reporting, and consistent execution against the agreed scope. Search engine algorithms and ad platforms change, and results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, website, and competitors.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. website code, written content, ad creative), excluding any third-party tools, templates, stock assets, or licensed software used to build them.
Zunelo may reference completed client work (with your permission for named case studies) as part of our own portfolio and marketing.
Any pre-existing Zunelo tools, frameworks, or methodology used to deliver the work remain our property.

7. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, approvals, and information needed to deliver the work (e.g. website/CMS access, ad account access, content approvals). Delays on your side may affect timelines and reported results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zunelo’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

9. Termination

Either party may end a retainer with notice as set out in the proposal (typically effective end of the current billing month). We may pause or end services for non-payment or misuse of our services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
