1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Zunelo Digital. By accessing our services, websites, audits, or deliverables, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Zunelo Digital provides search engine optimization (SEO), local maps optimization, paid ads campaigns, copywriting, training, and web development. Each engagement is defined by its respective Statement of Work or monthly invoice agreement.

3. Use of Deliverables & IP

All scripts, layouts, graphic assets, and text compiled specifically for your business become your intellectual property upon full payment of relevant invoices. Zunelo Digital retains the right to show anonymized case studies or ranking screenshots of the work for marketing purposes.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure successful execution, you agree to provide timely access to your website analytics, Google Business Profile console, hosting environment, and copy inputs as required. Zunelo Digital is not liable for project execution delays caused by missing client access codes or credentials.
